#139–The body always gravitates toward a position of strength. So if you fail to stretch short/tight muscles prior to exercise, all you are doing is strengthening yourself in a position of poor posture. And a person with faulty posture is not able to dissipate extrinsic loads throughout the musculoskeletal system–this results in premature wear/tear of the body and a nicer car being driven by your orthopedic doctor.
