#170–An EPA-registered pollutant, Hexane is a suspected neurotoxin which is commonly used to remove soybean oil from veggie burgers to keep them low in fat. Boca, Gardenburger, and Morningstar Farms were a few of the companies mentioned from the 2009 study. I guess their idea of "special sauce" is different than mine....
