#209--According to Chinese Medicine, the best time to nap is at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., times when you have a natural lowering of Chi through the body. But keep the naps short. 20mins will recharge you; anything longer will make you feel more lethargic and could create difficulties sleeping that night.
