#221--You shouldn’t really be eating packaged foods that have labels. But if you are, you should know that the FDA allows for a 20 percent margin of error between the amount of calories (and nutrition) the label says the food has and what the food really contains. Ultimately, as I often tell my clients, calorie counting is an impractical method for weight control unless you’re trying to win the Tour de France.
