#227--If one's eating life-sustaining food inclusive of all the enzymes and micro-nutrition essential for health, it's hard to eat too much. Slow down to become conscious and thankful for your food and everything involved in bringing it to your table (you are seated, right?)--from the rain to the soil to the earthworms to the farmer. Honor the plants and animals which sacrificed their lives to become part of you by asking that they live on, that their energy become one with yours so that you can be healthy and vital enough to serve humanity. Bless the food you eat. Doing so passes the blessing on to you.
