#242--The average coffee grower makes less than 2% of the final purchase price of a cup of coffee. When you buy coffee that has been certified as Fair Trade (or chocolate for that matter), you are casting a vote for organic, sustainable practices and a living wage for the farmer. Thus, the economic health of your coffee grower and the environmental health of our world both depend on you. Choose wisely.
