365 Ways #243–Odoriferous Excuse

#243--One of the most common excuses I get from people who say they cannot eat as healthy as they should is lack of time. Let’s see…the average amount of time Americans spend on cooking, consuming, and cleaning up a meal is 31 minutes. The average daily personal (i.e. non work related) use of a computer is 2 hours. And the average daily time spent in front of the television is 3 hours. I’m calling bullshit! And if you don’t like the vulgar language, I apologize–my environmental concern won’t allow me to call it synthetic fertilizer!
