#313--Most people eating poultry opt for white meat, desperately trying to avoid fat and calories. But by doing so, they unknowingly cut back on key nutrients, as well. Dark meat, after all, contains more minerals than white. And if they remove the skin, they're also missing out on many fat-soluble vitamins and fatty acids with antimicrobial properties. Now, there ain't nothing finger licking about that!
