2 D or not 2 D–that’s the question

Though many of my clients won't be surprised to hear this, according to a new study (see below), vitamin D3 is 87 percent more potent at raising blood levels of the vitamin than vitamin D2. Vitamin D3 also produced an increase in vitamin D storage two to three times greater than vitamin D2.
