The pro (teins) of eating a good breakfast

A study performed on teen girls who habitually skip breakfast demonstrated the importance of not only eating breakfast but also how protein consumption at that meal can play a key role in modulating key brain centers that control eating behavior. It appears that consuming breakfast that incorporates a significant amount of protein can reduce activation in the areas of the brain primarily responsible for appetite and reward driven eating behavior.
