Getting Something Off My Chest

Lie on your back with your hands behind your head, fingers interlaced.  Relax and allow your arms to drop toward the floor.  Normal pectoral range of motion should see the forearms flat on the floor.  If one or both do not lie flat, try stretching it as shown in my book on page 28.
