Soup and Sandwiches

Dinner tonight was:

Cheese Quesadillas on Corn Tortillas (naturally gluten free) fried in Coconut Oil with Butternut Squash and Carrot Soup.

And as a post script, lunch was a Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie (frozen berries, milk, coconut oil, raw cocoa powder, gelatin, honey, and a pinch of salt).

Breakfast was Eggs with Feta fried in Coconut Oil with some honey on top and salt, too, of course.  

Throw in some Dark Chocolate, Dates, Blueberries, Carrots, and a chicken leg in there as random snacks throughout the day.  

This is the first post of many under the tag of Meal Ideas (or Recipes), and I welcome your suggestions--which I may comment on if you're interested.
